The Eltime TA range of Split Core Current Transformers are ideal for installation into existing wiring systems. The split core allows the installer to retro-fit the CT without disconnecting the cable or busbar. Models are available with a primary current between 100A and 2500A, all with a 5A secondary. The TA range are fully enclosed and have terminal covers as standard. All current transformers have a variable class accuracy depending upon burden as given in the datasheet. The current transformers feature a safety terminal link to short circuit the secondary terminals during installation.
